Spirit Charity Challenge

Spirit Charity Challenge

The Spirit Charity Challenge precedes the biennial Spirit International Amateur Golf Championship. Spirit alumni, including LPGA and PGA Tour players, gather for a day of fun and golf to raise money for charity. Sam Saunders and Stacy Lewis served as ambassadors for the 2019 event.

The LPGA’s Ally McDonald and PGA Tour’s Ben Martin captured the 2019 championship and total of $100,000 to donate to their charity of choice.
McDonald donated her $50,000 to Itawamba Crossroads Ranch. When completed, the ranch will be a privately funded, non-profit residential community for high functioning special needs adults just north of Fulton, Miss.
Martin donated his $50,000 to College Golf Fellowship, a faith-based organization for college golfers and coaches.
The Spirit Golf Association has contributed more than $12 million to its charitable activities.
