* I acknowledge that at all times, I am not acting as an employee of the World Health & Golf Association, Whispering Pines Golf Club, Camp Olympia, or Olympia Realty. Therefore, I shall not be entitled participate in or to receive and employee benefits or welfare plans. All Caddies will be subject to and required to complete a background check prior to the Championship. Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement Pursuant to my participation as a Caddie for The Spirit International Amateur Golf Championship, I acknowledge that there are certain risks and dangers incidental to such participation. Accordingly, I hereby assume the risks and dangers associated with, but not limited to, being struck by misdirected or errant golf balls, being struck by golf carts, and falls due to unevenness of terrain on the golf course and connected areas. I hereby waive on my own behalf and on behalf of any persons claiming by, through, or under me any and all claims and/or causes of action which I may now or hereafter have against Whispering Pines Golf Club, the WHGA, Olympia Realty, Camp Olympia, their officers, directors, agents, or employees, arising out of any injuries I may sustain connected with, but not limited to, being struck by misdirected or errant golf balls, being struck by golf carts, and falls due to unevenness of terrain on the golf course and connected areas while on Whispering Pines grounds and connected areas and will hold Whispering Pines, the WHGA, Olympia Realty, Camp Olympia, their officers, directors, agents, or employees, harmless against any and all claims resulting from such injuries. This waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns.
